Our Client is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PMP certified) to define and lead an enterprise IT transformation program including the implementation of ServiceNow, Jira and program management governance changes.
This is a primarily remote role but occasional onsite work in Edmonton can be expected. Preference will be given to Edmonton candidates but is open to Alberta candidates.
Must Haves:
- 8+ years' experience as a Program Manager overseeing enterprise programs related to IT Transformation
- Hands on project delivery of ServiceNow or Jirafor workflow management
- Experience defining program direction andprogram roadmap
- Experience withbusiness process redesign
- Experience managing stakeholders including presenting to steering committees and business sponsors
- PMPcertification
Nice to Haves:
- Experience rolling out ServiceNow across an enterprise
- Experience implementing Jira (time and resource)
- Experience implementing Project Management tools
