The Program Manager will be working on FXPCB (FX Pricing) related projects, focusing on managing programs within the financial industry. This role involves coordinating activities related to electronic data processing and systems analysis, ensuring successful project execution.
Program Manager - Payments, FX Technology - Responsibilities:
- Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
- Manage backup, security, and user help systems.
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
- Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions.
- Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.
Program Manager - Payments, FX Technology - Mandatory Skills:
- Strong understanding of payments systems.
- Experience with Foreign Exchange Technology projects.
- Proven experience managing programs in the financial industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong presentation abilities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Vlookups/xlookups, Sum, Count, and Pivot Tables.
- Experience working with Card Networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Amex, CUP).
