Our valued public sector client is hiring a Intermediate SAP Transport Coordinator to review Solution Manager tickets and ensure release management process completion for a public sector client.
Background:
The Service Delivery team is in need of a Coordinator to join their team. The consultant will be tasked with coordinating activities and releases for the team and liaise with other teams (BASIS, Functional Analysts, etc.) within the organization.
Tasks:
- Review SAP Solution Manager tickets such as Requests for Change (RFC) and various Change Documents to ensure various checkpoint processes are completed as part of the release management process.
- Coordinate and formatting emails.
- Track transports outside of the system.
- Knowledge of Change Control Management (ChaRM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) with SAP Solution Manager.
- Act as a middleman between the functional team and BASIS team.
- Coordinate activities between the Release Management team and BASIS team to track releases.

- SAP Transport Coordinator- 5+ years
- SAP Solution Manager - 2+ years
- Secret Clearance
