Do you want to manage media campaigns outside the traditional framework? As an Planning Strategist, you will assist in the development of original and innovative multimedia campaigns. Main Responsibilities
- Support Strategist in their strategic reflection and conduct campaign research via Google
Think, Watch, Customer Site, etc. Participate in ideation and development of media strategy;
- Coordinate campaigns/projects and ensure that deadlines are met (material tracking, campaign orchestration, inter-departmental relationship) ;
- Maintain tight and client budgets in collaboration with the Strategist and the Supervisor, reconcile invoices, communicate with finance partners;
- Liaise between various stakeholders (team members, media partners, creative agencies, clients, etc.);
- Examine campaign performance, and communicate to the client results;
- Have a good understanding of the brief and the clients KPI's, after receiving a debrief from the Strategist (via client and partner meetings);
- Investigate and analyze media research using various databases (Vivadata, ComScore, Google
Think, etc.);
- Assist the strategist in executing campaigns, negotiating with suppliers, and verifying/organizing contracts;
- Assist the strategist in preparing and communicating the internal briefs to media partners
- Provide overall support to the media strategist and supervisor;
- Any other related tasks.
You are the desired candidate if you have:
- Passion for media and advertising in general;
- Degree in Marketing, advertising or related field;
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising;
- Ability to work as a team;
- Good stress management;
- Organization and rigor;
