PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and facilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Present and demonstrate a comprehensive portfolio of medical supplies and equipment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
Requirements
EDUCATION \& TRAINING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
WORK EXPERIENCE \& ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- 5 years of successful medical sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience servicing both acute and non-acute healthcare environments will be beneficial.
SKILLS \& COMPETENCIES
- Strong knowledge of medical supplies and equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Awareness of Indigenous cultures and communities is considered a strong asset.
