What You'll DoBuild, optimize, and maintain modern, responsive UIs using React and modern CSS techniques (CSS Modules, or styled-components)Translate product ideas and UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance components
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver quality experiences
Identify and proactively improve UI performance and maintainability
Bring new ideas, question assumptions, and push for continuous improvement in processes and tools
What We're Looking ForToronto-based, able to meet in-office 3-4 days/week (flexible)3+ years of experience in frontend development (mid to senior level)Strong proficiency with React (hooks, context, component architecture)Deep knowledge of CSS, including layout systems (Flexbox, Grid), responsive design, and theming
Experience working with design systems or building one from scratchA self-starter attitude --- you take ownership, ask questions, and go beyond the ticketA naturally curious mind --- you love exploring new tools, techniques, and best practices
