You'll SucceedDesign and implement seamless CI/CD pipeline integrations with Salesforce and ETL components
Collaborate closely with developers, Project Managers, and the DevOps team to align technical solutions with business objectives and project timelines. Assess and refine governance models for pipeline security, compliance, and access control ensuring adherence to regulatory and enterprise security standards. Develop architectural patterns and reusable YAML templates to streamline CI/CD implementations across multiple teams and projects.
Establish and refine DevOps best practices, focusing on automation, performance optimization, and security compliance using Powershell and PythonAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges across DevOps pipelines, designing long-term, scalable solutions. Develop comprehensive documentation for DevOps processes, tools, and workflows to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements. Provide strategic guidance \& technical leadership and insights to team, ensuring visibility to management into DevOps transformation efforts and key architectural decisions.
Strategy and Roadmap: Contribute to technology roadmaps that are aligned with the bank's vision, strategy, and business objectives. Lead multiple complex technology solutions while maintaining consistency across the platform, adopting best practices and pushing forward continuous improvements
Stakeholder Management: Act as the solution lead and interface with the project teams by driving and moderating design review sessions to walk stakeholders through and ensure that the overall design aligns with business requirements as well as architectural directions.
