Role Summary: The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be a key member of Mitrex's executive leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth to achieve a 10X increase in annual revenue within 3-5 years. The CRO will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships, while developing and executing a scalable go-to-market strategy for Mitrex's BIPV solutions. This role demands a strategic visionary with a proven track record in B2B sales, cleantech or construction markets, and global market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, identifying high-potential markets, customer segments, and product lines for Mitrex's BIPV solutions.
- Sales Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive B2B sales to architects, developers, contractors, and government entities. Establish clear KPIs and sales processes to maximize conversions.
- Marketing Oversight: Oversee the development of a robust marketing strategy to elevate Mitrex's brand, generate demand, and position the company as a leader in sustainable building solutions. Leverage digital marketing, trade shows, and thought leadership.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge and manage partnerships with real estate developers, construction firms, and government agencies to integrate BIPV into large-scale projects. Explore co-branding and distribution opportunities.
- Market Expansion: Lead global market entry strategies, prioritizing regions with strong renewable energy incentives (e.g., Middle East ,, North America, Asia). Adapt sales and marketing approaches to local regulations and customer needs.
- Customer Success: Develop a customer success framework to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals, particularly for high-value, long-term projects.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and market analytics to track performance, forecast revenue, and optimize strategies.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of sales, marketing, and partnership professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the COO, CTO, and CFO to align revenue goals with production capacity, product innovation, and financial planning.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 10 years of senior leadership experience in B2B sales, marketing, or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level role.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue by 5X or more in a hardware, cleantech, or construction-related industry.
- Experience in the renewable energy, solar, or building materials sector is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in global market expansion and managing complex, high-value sales cycles.
- Skills:
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven revenue forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills for partnerships and client engagements.
- Familiarity with construction, real estate, or architectural markets is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
