Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 2+ years of experience in customer service/ admin
2) Excellent mathematical aptitude -- role requires mathematical calculation; applying discounts, refunds etc
3) Proficient knowledge of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel.
4) Proficiency in written communication is a must -- ability to professionally correspond with an external source
Nice-To-Have Skills:
•Bilingual (French/English) a definite asset
