Position Summary
Responsibilities

Administration - 50%
-
Provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the Occupancy Management team

Assists with annual key inventory
-
Assists with the preparation and processing of Move-in material
-
Assists with access control to residence buildings
-
Assists with preparation and processing of Move-out material
-
Cancels and changes applications upon receipt of student requests
-
Assists with file preparations, daily filing, and file management
-
Assists with projects, statistics, and research
-
Other duties as assigned

Customer Service - 50%
-
Answers questions, concerns, complaints and deals with in-person, telephone, and e-mail requests from current and prospective residents

Responds to written correspondence

Issues temporary keys
-
Ensures that professional service is provided to all customers, that policies and procedures are adhered to, and that maximizing customer satisfaction is strived for at all times
Qualifications And Assets
- Must have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and attention to detail skills
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be responsible, resourceful, and willing to work as part of a team
- Previous residence experience is a strong asset but not necessary
