Capital Markets Execution: Support the preparation of investor materials, presentations, corporate updates, news releases, and regulatory filings in line with financing, M\&A, or go-public milestones.

Strategic Partner to Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and senior team to turn high-level strategy into actionable, trackable execution across multiple mandates.

Multi-Stakeholder Communications: Act as a central point of contact across internal and external stakeholders---including analysts, legal counsel, bankers, investors, and company executives.

Project Management: Own and drive timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking across multiple concurrent files, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Executional Excellence: Maintain the highest standard of detail, organization, and follow-through in all aspects of firm and portfolio company operations.

Internal Coordination: Lead internal communication and alignment across the K2 Capital team, ensuring strategic objectives are clearly understood and followed through to execution.

Experience:

3--7 years in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment such as management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, venture operations, or high-level executive support roles.

Experience working directly with C-suite leadership, boards, and external stakeholders.

Familiarity with capital markets, public company reporting, investor relations, or regulatory environments is a strong asset.
