Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack. If you're not sure what that means, that's ok. All you need to know is that we went from 0 to $500k ARR in 90 days while in stealth and are assembling a team of all-stars. We are now gearing up to break records and go from $1M - $100M in less than a year.
As Chief of Staff, you will report directly to the CEO, direct day-to-day operations, and contribute to macro level strategy for the company. Areas you'll touch include recruiting, fundraising, financial forecasting, and more.

- Dedication. You get excited by the idea of working 6-7 days a week alongside teammates who feel the same way.
- EQ. You can "read the room" and are adept at interpersonal communication.
- Agency. You believe you are capable of learning and doing almost anything.
- In-person. We firmly believe in in-person work and you will have to work in-office in the US and Canada.
We are particularly excited by people who:
- Are ex-founders, or have had total ownership of a high-stakes initiative before.
- Build systems. You are constantly imagining and implementing operational frameworks to make work more efficient.
- Scrappy, down to get in the weeds and do whatever is needed for the company
- Think strategically. You are able to effortlessly zoom in/out of topics to consider implications for today vs. next year vs. 5 years from now.
- Are evangelists. Others like to follow you and are excited about what you're working on.
- Can hold a lot of context. You can juggle 10 different threads at a time and not drop the ball on any of them.
- Speak and write well. You've written better JDs than this in your sleep.
- Have finance experience.
