We're looking for a strategic, solution-oriented, and highly driven Senior Manager to join the RBC PH\&N IC National Head Office team, working closely with the Director of National Initiatives on driving forward key strategic programs and initiatives that support our business growth and impact across the country. This role requires a strong collaborator and forward-thinker who can bridge strategy and execution, while excelling at bringing structure to complex challenges and ensuring initiatives are effectively implemented.

Strategic planning \& partnership Work closely with the Director of National Initiatives to develop, implement, maintain \& augment national strategies \& transformational efforts.
Lead the execution of cross-functional initiatives with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Collaborate with regional leadership, management and teams to align local execution with national goals. Represent the Director in meetings and conversations, ensuring seamless follow-up and continuity.
Anticipate needs \& challenges; identify risks \& opportunities; and take initiative to not just keep things moving forward, but also to innovate outside the box. Creative communication \& marketingBuild messaging strategies that align with business priorities and goals. Collaborate with internal communication partners on internal and external communications.
Collaborate with internal \& external marketing partners on strategies, campaigns, resources that support our internal \& external brand awareness. Develop/lead key presentations and materials that support national programs. Stakeholder managementBuild trust \& credibility across business units and functions to ensure sustained momentum.
Design/facilitate alignment sessions, working groups, and cross-functional forums. Act as a strategic bridge across teams to connect insights \& align priorities. Insights \& optimizationAnalyze data and key metrics to track performance, report outcomes, measure success, and identify opportunities for enhancements.
Provide regular reporting, feedback loops, impactful leadership as part of identifying opportunities to refine and evolve programs and initiatives as they scale. What do you need to succeed? Must
Have 5-7 years of experience in a strategic and communication- focused role, ideally in a national or multi-region context. Deep strategic thinking skills with proven ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple priorities with minimal oversight. Adept at building strategic relationships, navigating ambiguity, with a results-driven mindset.
Proven ability to build and execute integrated communication and engagement strategies. Strong creative instincts and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, especially in environments without direct authority.
Strong writing and presentation skills; visual storytelling is a plus. A balance of agility and structure -- able to operate in ambiguity, nimble to pivot in dynamic environment, while remaining highly organized. Nice to
