Responsibilities:
- Operate the volumetric capture system, including cameras, lighting and calibration
- Monitor and adjust capture parameters to ensure optimal performance and data quality is maintained
- Collaborate with the System Engineers and other team members to improve workflows
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of capture equipment
- Work with the talent to ensure accurate capture of performances
- Organize and maintain capture documentation, including shot logs and technical notes
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience, technical diploma or equivalent experience in 3D reconstruction, film, video production, or related field
- Experience operating camera systems and lighting equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience with motion capture or volumetric capture is a plus
Nice to have
- Programming skills (Python, C-sharp)
- 3D reconstruction, lidar or virtual production experience
- Understanding of computer hardware and network systems
- AWS cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of computer vision
- Experience with Unreal engine or Unity
- Knowledge of CAD software (Fusion360 or similar)
- Experience with rapid prototyping, 3D printing
