The Opportunity: What You Will Do:
- Perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance, diagnose technical issues and repair home healthcare and mobility equipment
- Communicate with clients to determine the nature of malfunctions and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Test faulty equipment, including electronic components and circuits, to locate defects
- Replace defective components and adjust mechanical parts
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service work performed
- Manage company assets effectively and ensure safe working practices are adhered to
- Attend training classes (some travel may be required) and actively participate in personal upgrading through continuing education and training to keep pace with advancing technology
- Handle deliveries and pickups

What You Need to Succeed:
- Grade 12 Academic
- 2-3 years of related experience in repair of home health care products is preferred but we will train the successful applicant
- Excellent mechanical abilities
- Previous customer service and/or administrative experience would be considered an asset
- Clean Driver's abstract is essential, strong interpersonal \& communication skills
- Criminal records check will be required
- Familiarity with seating systems and rehabilitation products as well as knowledge of wheelchair/mobility product market and its suppliers would be considered an asset
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
