Job Description Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for the development of test equipment used for testing satellite electronic units.
- Support testing of satellite electronic units.
- Be part of an engineering team specializing in test equipment, known as electrical ground support equipment (EGSE).
- Define test station architecture and job requirements.
- Supervise the work of a few junior engineers.
- Design and support the manufacturing of electrical test equipment and cable harnesses.
- Produce design documentation such as electrical diagrams, assembly drawings, and bill of materials.
- Perform analyses and write test procedures.
- Support procurement, manufacturing, and validation of test equipment.
Essential Skills

5 years of experience working in electronics engineering, including electronics, PCBs, and a mix of design \& test.

Experience taking lab measurements of RF components/products.

Experience with lab testing equipment for RF Electronics, such as network analyzers.

Hands-on experience in electronic design.

Practical experience in electronics test station design and manufacture in digital, analog, power, or RF electronics.

Ability to work autonomously and in collaborative teams.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Laboratory skills and experience with instruments such as oscilloscope, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, and arbitrary signal generator.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

Experience with circuit design, mixed signal, RF circuits, analog/digital circuits.

Proficiency in using test equipment like oscilloscopes.

Experience in test plan redaction and test requirements definition.

Proficiency in LabVIEW.

Python scripting skills.

Experience with automation.
