- Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs to drive product adoption, upsell, retention, and loyalty among SMB and partner audiences.
- Create, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across channels (email, in-app, SMS, etc.) tailored to specific customer segments and lifecycle stages.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to create targeted nurture programs and identify growth opportunities across onboarding, engagement, expansion, and renewal phases.
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs, enhancing their experience and driving measurable outcomes.
- Own lifecycle KPIs and reporting, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to leadership on program effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Champion a test-and-learn approach by A/B testing messaging, CTAs, and campaign designs to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure all communications align with Vendasta's brand voice, and collaborate with Content and Creative teams to produce compelling messaging and assets.
What You Bring to the Table
- 7--10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on lifecycle, CRM, email, or customer engagement marketing.
- A proven track record of developing and managing multi-touch nurture programs that drive customer engagement, upsell, and retention.
- Expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making, segmentation strategies, and personalization.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for customer-centric messaging and storytelling.
- Experience working with SMB or SaaS companies, or familiarity with B2B2SMB marketing models is an asset.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping, product-led growth strategies, and lifecycle analytics tools.
