Main Responsibilities:

Operate as primary technologist for validated cleaning, preparation, and release of purification equipment for toxin/toxoid processing in Diphtheria and Tetanus production.

Perform critical operations including ammonium-sulphate precipitation recovery, membrane dialysis, detoxification, centrifuge operation, and ultra-filtration with appropriate oversight.

Execute sterile filtration in clean room environments and manage Tuberculin PPD production including hazardous diluent preparation and formulation of non-replaceable stock solutions.

Conduct facility monitoring including preparation of QO-approved disinfectants, environmental monitoring sampling, data entry, and verification according to established schedules.

Maintain comprehensive documentation including batch production records, calculations, SOP reviews/updates, and reference sample tracking.

Utilize SAP for manufacturing processes, maintenance orders, inventory management, and material adjustments including e-Shopping and non-conformance handling'

Ensure compliance with GMP standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
About you:

Bachelor's degree in biology, Chemistry, Physics or Laboratory related field; preferred 4-year degree in Microbiology or Biochemistry with 12 months relevant experience

Technical expertise in aseptic/clean room techniques, protein purification, quality operations, mechanical/processing techniques, and chemistry/microbiology.

Strong analytical skills including mathematics, statistical analysis, deductive reasoning, and computer proficiency.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated judgment and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Hours Of Work
- Inclusive from Monday -- Friday: 8:00 a.m. -- 4:00 p.m.
