Reviewing contracts to ensure contract language is included where necessary/or as needed

Managing an inbox -- actioning requests coming in to review contracts.

Reviewing contracts for medium risk vendors

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: L4 template aligns with 8-10 yrs1) 8-10 years of experience as a paralegal/ legal assistant2) Demonstrated experience with contract clauses required-- reading, writing, and interrupting clauses3) Experience with drafting / interpreting IT contracts/corporate contracts and/or have worked on contracts within a financial industry or insurance company.4) General procurement, vendor management, third party risk knowledge is a requirement5) Organizational skills are a requirement6) Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)Nice-To-Have Skills:- Procurement / Contract negotiation- Legal background
