Job Summary:
Arterra is seeking a Digital Marketing Content Specialist to update, maintain and improve our digital experiences across the entire portfolio of wine brands. This role should strive to create the best customer experience and streamline operating processes.
Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in marketing or website content authoring. They must have a customer-first mindset and be solution oriented. This role will be responsible for curating, maintaining, and updating digital marketing content across a variety of CMS platforms to engage audiences, drive traffic, and support business objectives.
This role requires the ability to prioritize tasks to changing circumstances while employing innovative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and provide timely deliverables. An additional responsibility of this role includes ensuring that product data across all digital properties is consistent, accurate, and contextually relevant. As the Digital Marketing Content Specialist, the candidate will be an integral part of the Digital \& E-commerce Team, involved with the growth and improvement of our digital platforms for Arterra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the execution of marketing content updates across a variety of digital platforms. Create and maintain promotions and offers on e-commerce platforms. Influence and advise brand marketing teams on technical capabilities, ensuring that best practices are implemented. Examples of this include creating landing pages contextually relevant to campaigns and promotions, ensuring content is accurate and using best SEO practices.
- Optimize and ideate digital merchandising opportunities within DTC platforms. Assist brand managers with digital merchandising strategy and implement changes based on reporting and insights. Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) and make recommendations for improvement.
- Validate content and user experience of digital platforms created internally or by external vendors. Perform UAT and high-level QA.
- Maintain, update, and organize product information across digital platforms, ensuring that product data is consolidated and consistent throughout.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing or website content authoring.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills a must.
- Be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or as part of a team.
- Possess great organizational skills and can handle multiple projects and deadlines, with an understanding of prioritization.
- Be adaptable and able to learn new skills quickly.

Compensation: Budgeted Range -- $68,009.00 - $88,012.00.
The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
