Actively supporting the day-to-day responsibilities of the Admissions team, to support the corporate strategic imperatives.

With the support of other team members and leadership, participating in small projects within the Admissions team.

Actively participating in the collection, review and analysis of documents and data, the adherence to policies, procedures and programs, and working with applicable applications to support the responsibilities of the Admissions process.

Collaborating with colleagues in other teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives, to support the strategic imperatives.

Contributing to a positive corporate culture that supports equity, inclusion, learning, and wellness.

5+ years of experience in the Administrative Field and/or Education Industry, including experience with working in various CRMs, dealing with confidential information, and operating under specific deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or international equivalent).

Ability to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in time management, prioritization and providing support in a goal oriented environment.

Experience working in fast paced settings considered an asset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams).
