What You'll Do
- Design, build, and optimize scalable, high-performance backend systems using modern technologies.
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices , ensuring seamless integration across our platform.
- Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines , enabling smooth deployments.
- Work with DevOps tools to automate infrastructure and enhance system reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues across backend services and cloud environments .
- Enhance observability through logging, monitoring, and metrics (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to improve security, performance, and scalability.
What You Bring to the Team
- 5+ years of backend development experience (Java, Kotlin, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible , or similar tools.
- A problem-solving mindset with a startup-ready attitude -adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Bilingual (FR/EN) is a plus.
- DevOps expertise is a strong plus.
