Warehouse General Labor -- Picking \& Packaging Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse General Labor -- Picking \& Packaging Role to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task as well as meet multiple deadlines in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team player attitude and have excellent oral and written communication skills. As a Warehouse General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the Picking \& packaging process, ensuring that our products are prepared for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Renumeration:
Schedule: Monday -- Friday 8-4pm
Salary: $20/hour
Responsibilities will include:
- Manually Picking Orders
- Packaging products according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspecting products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Building and wrapping skids
- Labeling and organizing packaged items for storage or shipment.
- Unloading Containers
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Following all company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience operating a Pump Truck
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 Lbs., as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
