Job description About Us About the Role

Provide functional support for Front Office, Middle Office and Sales users including assistance with PnL and Risks investigation
Analysis of trade lifecycle issue including reporting, working with the Back Office to analyse Front to Back issues
Communicate with the Business, Murex, IT development and support teams to capture requirements, develop and release necessary changes
Providing functional advice and support to other members of the global team
Delivering bug fixes to production using continuous delivery methodologies
Contribute to the knowledge base to enhance effectiveness of pod and triage layer
Contribute to Monitoring and alerting

Requirements

Detailed Knowledge of Commodities Derivatives
Strong Murex application knowledge: Simulations, PnL, Risk, Datamart, General Settings, Market Data Import, MxML Exchange
Software Engineering
Bash scripting
Relational Databases, SQL proficiency
Excellent communication, verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure without sacrificing accuracy and quality
Production incident management
Experience working as part of geographically diverse team
Investment Banking IT background desirable, as is experience of working in a front office environment
Previous experience supporting Commodities businesses
Java \& Kotlin coding
