Role Description
We are seeking a Java Software Engineer for a contract role in Toronto, ON. This on-site role involves the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications using Java and related technologies. The Java Software Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop microservices, apply the Spring Framework, and ensure the applications meet both functional and technical requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years proficiency in Software Development and Programming, particularly with Java
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
