Computershare has a great opportunity for you to provide excellent support to the Issuer Services Registry/Front Office teams as a Meeting and Mailing Administrator.
Our Meeting and Mailing Administrators are vital in assisting our clients by delivering on the execution of the clients Annual Meeting Proxy mailing along with Quarterly mailing events. This position reports to the Regional Manager, NA Meetings. This role will work collaboratively with other teams and business units in order to meet the client's Meeting and/or Mailing requirements. They will assume responsibility for assigned files and handle their execution in accordance with processes, time frames, regulatory requirements, and guidelines.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting set up on SCRIP.
- Prepare all documentation for Meeting, including voting results.
- Prepare and finalize the Access Database / Summit platform for "At Meeting" registration and Client reporting.
- Billing for Meeting and mailing services and captured and submitted in accordance with Financial Objectives.
- Assume responsibility for assigned files in accordance with current Desk Operating Procedures.
- Verify scheduled mailings including submission of RADAR work orders.
- Prepare material quantities, coordinate mailings with NI54 requirements.
- Co-ordinate quarterly mailings in accordance with client request.
What will you bring to the role?
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
Quick learner.
Ability to work extended hours, as needed.
Self-motivated and work autonomously.
Comfortable learning new computer systems.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to prioritize when encountering conflicting duties.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred:
1-3 years' experience in financial industry.
2 years operations in banking.
