- Responsibilities:
- Plan and evaluate operations of a restaurant.
- Estimate food requirements, place orders and maintain the inventory.
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures and quality control.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed.
- Prepare and submit reports and ensuring to meet and exceed the targets.
- Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain record of stock, sales and wastage in accordance with company policies.
- Deploying the work schedules and motivating staff to perform well.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of staff.
- Ensure proper operation of kitchen and restaurant equipment.
