Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Vancouver, BC. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Other duties include developing employer branding initiatives and collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates
- Expertise in Employer Branding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in digital marketing or branding is a plus
- Proficiency in using recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
