Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Vancouver, BC. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive success in key account management.
Qualifications
- Professional sales and skilled in business analytics
- Minimum 5 years in premium e-commerce commercial print industry
- Experience in Account Management
- Possess deep understanding of paper stock varieties
- Demonstrated excellence in professional customer experience delivery via online, email, phone and in-person platforms
- Ability to develop effective Business Plans to continually exceed target KPIs
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Experience working with Key Accounts
- Skilled in utilizing technology, CRMs, Intercom to optimize productivity and time efficiencies
- Minimum 55 wpm typing speed
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
