Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer located in Vancouver, BC. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing training materials, conducting training sessions, monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, and providing ongoing support to trainees. The Trainer will also ensure that the training programs are aligned with company standards and objectives.
Qualifications
- Training program design and delivery
- Development of training materials and conducting training sessions
- Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience in construction site management, engineering assistance, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in training software and tools
