Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Petros82, located in Toronto, ON. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, managing kitchen staff, ordering and managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Sous Chef will also collaborate in menu planning and development, supervise food preparation, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
