Arobas Personnel is currently seeking a SAP Functional Analyst for a contract position with one of our clients based in Montreal.
*Remote : Hybrid- 3 days/week in office- Montreal or Oakville*
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Collaborate with the FTP team on end-to-end processes across IBP modules: Demand, Supply, S\&OP, and Inventory Optimizer.
- Independently configure complex IBP functionalities such as Key Figure calculations, Application Jobs, Time Profiles/Levels, S\&OP profiles, Outlier Corrections, Forecast Models, Time-Series Analysis, Planning Views, Rule-Based Master Data Maintenance, Custom Tables \& Attributes, and Optimizer Cost Models.
- Provide data support by understanding how Master Data impacts IBP and assisting the data team and end users with issue resolution.
- Support system integrations with a strong grasp of how IBP connects to S/4HANA and third-party systems via CI-DS, S/4 tables, and IBP Monitoring.
- Troubleshoot IBP issues by identifying errors, analyzing logs, and collaborating with AMS and other SAP teams.
- Lead technical configuration efforts for IBP; work cross-functionally with other SAP streams, AMS, and functional teams to define the best-fit solutions.
- Manage incidents and change requests within IBP, ensuring SLA compliance and transparent communication with stakeholders on progress, plans, and interdependencies.
- Make decisions aligned with company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives, with guidance from the SAP CoE Manager.
- Ensure adherence to established IBP standards, processes, and best practices.
- Act as the IT Subject Matter Expert for internal teams (SAP/Non-SAP Development, Infrastructure, PMO, Business, QA).
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of professional SAP functional experience, including a minimum of 5 years specifically in IBP and participation in at least one full IBP implementation.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end configuration for IBP modules: Demand, Supply, S\&OP, and Inventory Optimization.
- SAP IBP certification(s) preferred.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills. A true team player with a self-starter mindset.
- Prior experience in manufacturing environments is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated experience in technical project management.
