What You Will Do:

Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions with guests.
Fulfill guest needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure complete knowledge of menu offerings.
Required to handle cash and credit transactions and utilize POS system.
Set up and close bars as per guidelines.
Ensure all ingredients, products and glassware are prepared in advance.
Complete tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Practice Responsible Beverage Service protocol.
Promote teamwork, friendliness and courtesy.
Serve food as required.

What You Need to Succeed:

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Minimum 2 years' bar and service experience
Strong mixology ability
Strong wine and food knowledge
Positive, professional attitude and presentation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to walk or stand for nearly 100% of each shift
Must be flexible in availability, inclusive of weekends, days, evenings and required holidays
