Your Role
- As a Senior Manager, you will be the driving force behind our residential landscape construction projects. You'll play a pivotal role in managing teams, overseeing scheduling, ensuring top-quality work, and fostering exceptional customer relationships.
- Lead daily and weekly scheduling meetings to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with Estimators, Construction Superintendents, and Oakridge Owners for seamless project execution.
- Supervise Junior Project Coordinator to ensure tasks and projects stay on schedule.
- Hire and manage sub-contractors, purchase materials, and manage project schedules effectively.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
- Complete regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure client satisfaction.
- Track project costs and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Reader.
- Relevant education, such as Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician certification.
- Architectural, Landscape, or Certified Project Management certifications are a plus.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand elevations.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and occupational hazards.
