Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and contribute to our growing success. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, confident in sales, and eager to work with a dynamic marketing team.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition \& Sales Growth Proactively identify and secure new clients through direct outreach (avg 5-10 contacts/visits per day). Close deals and onboard new clients into Setsail Marketing's services. Meet and exceed sales targets (target: 2 new clients per week).
Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsells. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and continued growth. Collaboration \& Strategy Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to provide a seamless client experience.
Maintain a consultative approach to sales, helping clients identify the best solutions for their business needs. Project Coordination Communicate client expectations to internal teams. Ensure project timelines and deliverables align with client goals.
Compensation \& Perks Competitive Base Salary ($50,000/year) Lucrative Commission Structure: New Sales: 15% commission on new clients. Recurring Revenue: 10% commission on monthly revenue from clients you signed. Retention Bonus: 2% commission on monthly revenue from existing managed clients.
