Sailun Tire Americas (STA) is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team.
This role will manage digital channels across North America, helping drive B2B \& B2C awareness and engagement through paid and organic tactics. You will work collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure our digital presence stays aligned with strategy and performance goals. What
You'll Do Manage and optimize Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Maintain and update STA websites, including content, imagery, and page builds
Coordinate with external web developers to improve SEO and technical performance
Monitor website health, including speed, mobile responsiveness, and error resolution
Build and maintain digital reporting dashboards (i.e. Looker Studio) Track and report on key digital metrics such as traffic, conversions, and campaign performance
Set up and manage UTM parameters and analytics tracking (GA4)Stay informed on digital trends and competitors
Core CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and hands-on execution across digital channels
Proficient in key platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools
Data-driven with a focus on continuous optimization and performance improvement
Clear and confident communicator, especially when collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp) is preferred; familiarity is an asset
Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of digital best practices and performance standards across ads, websites, and SEOYour BackgroundA Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in Business or Marketing 2--4 years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B, automotive, or retail
Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Business Suite campaigns
Comfortable working in WordPress (or similar CMS)Familiar with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush or UberSuggestStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
