Onsite | Cambridge, ONSchedule: Works five days a week, including Saturdays | Days Off: Sundays \& TuesdaysDescriptionProvide high-level administrative support to the CEO with professionalism and attention to detail. Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times. Organize and maintain records, documents, and files in a streamlined and efficient manner. Support internal communications and announcements on behalf of the CEO.Assist in the coordination and execution of special events and VIP experiences.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Manage email correspondence and phone calls, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up. Provide general clerical support including filing, data entry, photocopying, and front desk coverage.
Take initiative on special projects and departmental priorities as assigned. RequirementsProven experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally in a luxury retail or corporate setting. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. Outstanding communication skills---both written and verbal. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
