Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Edmonton, AB for a Security Sales Manager. The Security Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and cultivating client relationships. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, preparing sales reports, and staying apprised of industry trends. Collaboration with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery will also be a key responsibility.

Serve as the first point of contact for all prospective and existing clients, delivering a professional, consultative experience.

Bid Preparation \& Proposal Development

Collaborate with operations and technical teams to prepare comprehensive security service bids and proposals.

Ensure that all submissions are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.

Sales Strategy \& Reporting

Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate key market segments (e.g., retail, healthcare, construction).

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine tactics and identify emerging opportunities.

Track and analyze sales metrics; prepare detailed reports and forecasts for senior management.

Contract Negotiation \& Closing

Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
