Progression3 is in search of a Desktop Support Technician in Scarborough.Bilingual French/English is required for this role.Skills and ExperienceStrong understanding of the O365 suite of applications, Break/Fix HW, and ability to communicate with VIP end users effectively
Experience with Boardroom support/Video ConferencingTest and image desktops and laptops
Installing and configuring OS on client laptops and desktops
Migrating client data to new laptop
Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database
Set up new configurations for computers including OS image deployment Install, configure and upgrade software applications including rollout project
Troubleshoot and resolve software applications and OS related problems
Track and route problems and requests tickets, and document resolutions Identify, prioritize, and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Perform system health check and mitigation to meet software and security standard including encryption, patching and backup
