What You Can Expect
The Customer Service Specialist provides front line support for all Zimmer Biomet Canada distributor offices and select customer accounts in Eastern Canada. In addition, the Customer Service Specialist assists other functional divisions as required to facilitate the order to cash process at Zimmer Biomet Canada. As well, the Customer Service Specialist will provide back up to the Customer Service Supervisor as required.
How You'll Create Impact
- Process and maintenance of order book, ensure end to end customer operations from replenishment to delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution and process of purchase orders and sales orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, service and process.
- Resolve issues related to deliveries and billings
- Maintenance of relevant attributes of material master and customer master
- Run queries and reports to support KPI and operation reports
What Makes You Stand Out
- Understand supply chain and business processes.
- Medium to advanced in Excel. Proficient in computer applications, previous SAP experience is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Sense of urgency, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, management or other fields with 1-3 years relevant experience.
Travel Expectations
Full remote with ad-hoc travel to the office on an as needed basis.
Expected Compensation Range
$45,860 - $68,791 CAD
