Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Mobile Application.
- Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and resolving the technical issues faced by the end users of the Mobile Application.
- Coordinate with the development team regarding upcoming application software release.
- Providing technical support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
- Completing support tickets.
- Update customer data and generate activity reports.
- Use excellent customer service skills to exceed customers' expectations.
- Interpreting automated application problems.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years working as a Help Desk Specialist.
- Advanced knowledge of help desk and remote-access systems.
- High-level communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Patience and understanding.
- Problem-solving mindset.
