We are looking for a leader capable of mobilizing our team of planners in an in-depth transformation of our planning processes. This person will play a key role in supporting the repair teams in consistently meeting the expectations of our customers, both internal and external.
Our vision: to provide our customers with reliable repair schedules, minimize changes in delivery dates, and take a proactive and efficient approach to achieving our on-time delivery targets.
The Planning Manager will work closely with internal customer representatives and the Operations team. He/she will be an integral part of the St-Hubert revision center management team, and will actively contribute to various projects affecting all revision centers.
We're looking for an agile change agent with excellent team spirit and a strong culture of operational excellence.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in St-Hubert, and is exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?

Lead and mobilize a team of logistics professionals to support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives;

Develop and implement a structured transformation plan, aiming to make progress visible, while defining clear, measurable goals that are tracked daily;

Rigorously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective or preventive actions necessary to achieve desired results;

Ensure the efficiency and robustness of planning processes, ensuring continuous improvement as needs evolve;

Actively participate in daily management meetings, including aligning priorities with internal customers;

Lead quality clinics with the team to reinforce rigor, accuracy, and improvements in practices;

Drive operations using CORE tools, while ensuring the deployment and adoption of best operational practices within the team;

Provide high-level support to internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with performance commitments, compliance requirements, and financial targets;

Coordinate, structure, and lead transformation initiatives to improve the competitiveness, responsiveness, and efficiency of the repair sector.
What do you need to be successful?

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering;

10 years of experience;

Inspirational leadership, capable of mobilizing and engaging teams;

Ability to develop a strategic network and build strong partnerships with other company entities;

Proven experience in deploying the CORE operational system, including the Standard Production System, with expertise in continuous improvement;

Mastery of control towers to measure and analyze site performance based on ESS, Quality, Customer, Employee, and Financial criteria;

Customer-focused approach with a deep understanding of context and specific needs to adapt our offerings accordingly;

Strong business acumen to optimize financial and operational performance;

Unwavering commitment to health, safety, and environmental protection in all activities.
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
