Market Sales Associate - CONTRACT - Distillery District

The Market Sales Associate provides exceptional guest service across Eataly's various QSR counters, serving gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis, and other Italian treats.
- Providing service across all QSR counters
- Completing food preparation assignments neatly, accurately, and promptly
- Setting up stations and replenishing displays, including allergen separation (nuts, wheat, etc.)
- Ensuring all items are properly dated and following FIFO standards
- Preparing collateral, weighing, labeling, packaging, and serving products
- Complying with department policies and health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Operating the cash register accurately, managing cash drops, and verifying bills
- Maintaining a well-stocked and organized sales floor
- Utilizing sales techniques to maximize performance
- Building and maintaining relationships with guests
- Participating in departmental processes and procedures
- Focusing on details with professionalism and clarity
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
- Outstanding communication and guest service skills
- Experience with cash register operation (preferred)
- Prior food service experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Smart Serve Certification
