Our onboarding team provides support and training to familiarize new hires with our company processes and practices necessary for success.

Requirements:
- Responsible for selling mortgage products from various lenders and institutions.
- Daily prospecting and relationship management within Circles of Influence.
- Ability to develop an extensive and qualified pipeline.
- Stay updated on new products, services, procedures, and tools through training and meetings.
- Manage opportunities proactively through all sales cycle stages.
- Coordinate efforts with underwriting, administration, insurance, and other departments as needed.
- Update all sales activities in the CRM system and prepare reports for the Regional Manager.
- Build ongoing rapport with existing and potential clients.
- Demonstrated sales success track record.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with good prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of D+H Expert and Google Drive is an asset.
- Ability to contribute to and meet team goals.
- Work from home.
