Requirements:

Responsible for selling mortgage products from various lenders and institutions.
Daily prospecting and relationship management within Circles of Influence.
Ability to develop an extensive and qualified pipeline.
Stay updated on new products, services, procedures, and tools through training and meetings.
Manage opportunities proactively through all sales cycle stages.
Coordinate efforts with underwriting, administration, insurance, and other departments as needed.
Update all sales activities in the CRM system and prepare reports for the Regional Manager.
Build ongoing rapport with existing and potential clients.
Demonstrated sales success track record.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with good prioritization skills.
Knowledge of D+H Expert and Google Drive is an asset.
Ability to contribute to and meet team goals.
Work from home.
