Project Controller

General Description

Responsibilities

Ensure budget tracking, cost analysis, and financial performance of projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with project managers.
Identify gaps between the plan and execution, propose corrective measures.
Prepare regular reports on project progress (KPI, dashboards, etc.).
Collaborate with finance, engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
Ensure the application of best practices in project control and risk management.

Ideal Profile

University degree in administration, engineering, finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project control or coordination.
Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and financial analysis tools (advanced Excel, SAP).
Excellent analytical skills, organizational sense, and rigor.
Good communication skills in French and English.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
