About the Role:Our client is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and people-oriented Corporate Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their Vancouver Corporate Head Office. As the first point of contact for guests, service providers, and team members, you'll play a vital role in shaping first impressions and ensuring the seamless operation of the office. Key Responsibilities:

Manage reception operations including calls, guest check-ins, and security passes

Oversee courier and mail processes, meeting room setup, and office cleanliness

Coordinate with building management and office vendors

Maintain office supply inventory and support administrative staff with events and daily needs

Assist with corporate event logistics and internal communications

Process invoices, manage MasterCard reconciliations, and support crisis communications
What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in a corporate office setting

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, service-focused mindset and the flexibility to assist with occasional after-hours events or facility needs

Comfort with occasional physical tasks like lifting supplies or accessing under-desk areas
