Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Toronto, ON.On-Site, 5 Days/Week. Contract until end of December. Overview:Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead small real estate projects focused on construction improvements and AV/technology upgrades.
This role requires regular on-site presence, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction improvements and technology upgrades. Key Responsibilities:Oversee construction and tech upgrade projects from planning to handover
Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor performance
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to minimize disruption
Communicate progress, issues, and resolutions clearly and proactively
Qualifications:5+ years of project management experience in construction or real estate
Strong communication, financial, and vendor management skills
Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects independentlyPMP or equivalent is a plus
