We're redefining the real estate experience by giving homebuyers a financial edge through our Down Payment Boost --- frontloading real estate commissions into thousands of dollars in cash assistance. We're looking for an Outbound Sales Representative who doesn't see outreach as cold calls---but as warm reintroductions and timely check-ins. You'll be engaging both new leads who've just signed up for Zown, and reactivating those who may have paused in the process. Your focus? Help people move forward with trust, clarity, and care.
This is a sales role, yes---but above all, it's about customer service. You'll guide homebuyers through early questions, help them navigate pre-approvals and ensure they feel confident every step of the way. You're not selling a product---you're helping people achieve one of the biggest milestones of their lives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Re-engagement \& Education
- Speak with new leads signing up through our website or app, helping them understand how Zown works and what to do next.
- Reach out to warm, qualified leads who have paused or dropped off in their home buying journey with Zown
- Guide clients through key milestones like mortgage pre-approval and connecting with our Realtor team.
- Offer support without pressure---every conversation is about helping the client succeed, not just booking a meeting.
Lead Management \& Follow-Through
- Leverage automated sequences, call tasks, emails, and HubSpot workflows to engage prospects consistently and personally.
- Organize and track lead activity across multiple segments on HubSpot to ensure timely, relevant outreach.
- Document consistent updates and clear documentation on clients so you can revisit each client's story when reconnecting in the future.
Client Success-Driven Sales
- Move qualified buyers toward tangible next steps while tracking success through service-oriented KPIs: Contact-to-conversion rate, Reactivated leads, Meetings booked \& Firm offers contributed from outbound segment
