We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite in a week)
Responsibilities:
- Lead sessions with business teams to gather and finalize requirements.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and source-to-target mappings (STM).
- Ensure data solutions meet business needs and align with project goals.
- Perform data analysis, profiling, and metadata collection.
- Manage stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Deliver clear and concise data documentation within project deadlines.
Requirements:
- 5--10 years' experience as a Data Analyst in Wealth Management (Retail, Retirement, Institutional, or General Accounts).
- 2--3 years' hands-on experience with GenAI.
- Working experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong SQL skills, able to write complex queries for analysis and validation.
- Experience with Master Data Management, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, and Big Data analytics projects.
- Hands-on experience with data lakes and data warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of major financial platforms (e.g., Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp Dimension, Findur, Apex, Eagle, Charles River, Sylvan, Calypso).
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Practical experience in data modeling, data loading, profiling, and validation using SQL.
- Proven ability to integrate new data sources into large-scale data systems.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure cloud platform.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect.
