JOB OVERVIEW:
Guardian Capital Group is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Business Applications team. The Business Applications team provides solutions, support, and training to employees across Guardian's group of companies, enabling users to deliver the best service possible for our clients. This individual will be supporting Salesforce products, including Financial Services Cloud, Shield, Account Engagement, and Sales/Service Cloud.
This individual will work with a wide variety of users across Guardian Capital's group of companies, providing production support, training, and supporting implementation projects. This individual will have strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks, and is detail-oriented to ensure accuracy/quality-assurance in their work. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work on tasks independently as well as in small teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Technology \& Business Alignment: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand pain points, then identify and implement Salesforce solutions
- Production Environment Support: ensure business continuity by providing timely support and deployment consultations for production environments
- Strategic Business Planning: Collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization to understand key priorities and objectives and planning accordingly
- Training: provide training and best-practices to users across the organization, driving adoption and enabling champions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree
- 1-3 years Salesforce Administration experience
- Certified Administrator certification, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud consultant certifications are a strong asset
- Experience with the Financial Services Cloud data model and customizations
- Experience implementing Shield
- Experience with Jira or other software ticketing systems
- Ability to be in-office in Toronto 2-4 days per week
- Any programming language knowledge would be a plus but not required
